I was just sitting here listening to the Pearl Jam B-side album Lost Dogs and the song Bee Girl got me wondering, Whatever happened to that girl from the Blind Melon video "No Rain"? She must be in college by now. I wonder what her life is like? I think i may dress up as her for next Halloween.

College? Didn't she go off and live with the other bee people in the video for Tones of Home? I don't know if they have college in bee-land/bee-ville/buzz-town/?

NO idea what the video is like, I got cable in about 96 and all they kept showing were Prodigy, Spice girls, backstreet boys and Bon Jovi's always video... when I got rid of cable in 2000, the quality of the music channels had actually managed to degrade further. (Though I did like prodigy.)

The thing that I never got about Prodigy is that there were guys in the "band" that did nothing but dance. Couldn't they just get dancers and not make them members of the "band"?

Hmm... I dunno, perhaps the ones who just seemed to sit around were the ones doing the mixing, and then keith and maxis (I think that was their names) did all the, if you can call it that, singing. And they were usually the ones dancing in the videos.

When I saw them in concert, the black guy, I don't know or even recognize their names, did nothing but dance. The guy with the spiky hair at least sang/yelled on a coupla songs and danced during the rest. But, the black guy did nothing but dance.

Last time I really thought about Blind Melon is when I heard the lead singer died. I do have "No Rain" on my mix tape for Tuesday. I did a whole mix tape for each day of the week.

Well, because I had time and nothing better to do, I googled the "Bee Girl". She seems to be at least a bit of an actress. According to TV Guide she had small rolls in........

IMDB also lists her as being in some ER episodes (#9.13 &amp;14) last season.

If you want some extra credit, you can find/get some screengrabs from the lastest movie (99) or that ER episode so i can see what she looks like now.
