If so... What do you shoot? Where do you play? Favorite player? Favorite course? How long have you been playing? etc.

Yea, over here they're called Par 3 courses. There a loads of them here in LA. I prefer regulation courses, but here in LA, land is a premium... one more thing I miss about Texas :(

The Old Man took me to play three times:

The first time, I shot well over 120 on nine holes. The second time, I shot a 98 in 18. The last time, I finished with an 82 in 18. The Old Man said it took him five years just to get under 90 and he'd never take me again. That was the last time I ever played. Nearly 20 years ago. I've always wanted to start up again...

I'd have loved to have been a pro golfer... probably could've been if he wasn't a baby about getting his ass handed to him the last time we played. :rolleyes:

I used to be a fairly decent golfer as a kid. I stopped playing golf and started palying guitar. Recently I picked up the game again, it took a while for me to get even close to where I was 10-15 years ago.

I was gonna post something about it, yesterday, but thought it would be a bit too soon. :o I was cheering for the kid, and thinking about y'all over there. One of the worst meltdowns I've seen. Brutal.
