Hi guys. Here's a quest for YOU!
As everyone has noticed (because they've all told us) a few folks around here have left recently. Now, this happens all the time. After a few years you'll notice that the board will have busy months and quiet ones. It just so happens that this has coincided with a quiet period. Making it extra quiet.
So, I figure, now is a good a time as any to introduce an idea I've been playing with.
The buddy system.
Board members have often in the past introduced a friend to the forum. Some good, some bad. All however have made it a little more interesting.
This is what I want everyone to do...
Over the course of the rest of the week I need EVERYONE to introduce the forum to at least 1 friend.
Which friend you choose is up to you but I think we all know that if they're going to be dummies it's probably not going to end well.
The result of which will end up with a new extra award being introduced for the first FRED forum awards show at the end of the year... "Forum Pimp 2010". This award will be voted for by the board members but can also seperately be awarded by the admin to the person they feel has pimped this place out to people the best.
Any questions or comments about this, ask away. And lets get moving!
