Is it really that hard to look back more than a few posts before posting something? Or God Forbid use the search function? I looked back a whole page or two and found posts with the exact same subject matter recently posted Why not just post in the earlier post and keep the boards less cluttered?
I've had this problem on other boards and I fully realize that I'm talking to a wall or preaching to the choir, but I just had to find out why this is such a difficult thing.
The more space that gets taken up, the more Ming has to work to archive (or whomever does that sort of thing). Ming and everyone at the site do such a great job, why can't we make it just a bit easier on them?
Sorry for the mini-rant, but had to ask.

And I think we now have about four guess the quote games going.

Maybe, but only two are active. Besides, more people get a chance to play with more than one....especially when people use quotes from early Woody Allen movies.

Dude, that was a little harsh!
Wait, what the [censored] was this thread about again? Is this another one of those threads that started for unnecessary reasons and then turned into something completely different?

Some sites delete threads with a similar topic... and I know of one site that will delete your account if you post a topic without using the search tool.

He's just bitter. Sucks to lose to a girl on a "Bordello of Blood" quote AND a "Deer Hunter" quote. Bwa-ha-ha!

There was a good reason for starting it. Fangirl is trying to improve the place, and I wish her well...Me? I need a nap...

No, Towelie is right...
Geez...
Must I explain everything to you?
ratm1966
07-24-2003, 11:03 PM
apparently so....I know I posted the quotes....towlie asked for a hint on the deer hunter one....he then went off line and I think you guessed it....I did mention it was terrible that a female knew the movie and a guy didn't...so, I don't see how you could be slamming me on it...I didn't lose to you.

You were unable to stump us, therefore...
On second thought...
Nevermind...
This was fun, but having to explain myself every time I reply to you...it's beginning to suck the life right out of me. And not in a good way.
