Maggie's first words made me yell with rage in the cinema. I'm a silent cinema type but that killed me. The film was disgusting. The opitomy of what went wrong with the Simpsons.


Hang on guys. Lets have Homer scream at you for ninety minutes. Won't that be funny? No.


Also, Matt Groening said that if he ever heard Bart say fuck, he would leave the show. Yet they had no problem showing the ten year old boy's penis. But it was funny, I hear so many people say. How about if it was Lisa's vagina. Still funny? Doubtful.

There was about sixty seconds of laughter in the whole film for me.

And, one of the producers (I can't remember who right now) said that the film had been mixed around so much on a day to day basis that most of what was in the trailer wasn't going to be in the end product. This similar lie was repeated when the cut of Wolverine:Origins was snuck online.

Bring back Conan, he's got some free time coming up. :rolleyes:

Can any one out there tell me how to record skype calls using Audacity?

For recording Skype calls using audacity, Ollie and I simply skype eachother with Audacity Running. Each record our own individual voicetrack, Count down 5 - 4 - 3 -2 - 1 GO and then count down again to give ourselves a frame of reference in order to synchronise the tracks. He then sends me his track and i get it all nice. Then we edit the cast together

We do spell properly. The -our/-or controversy goes back centuries and stems from the clashing French and Latin roots of certain English words (-our reflects French origins and -or Latin) and both variants have been recorded in England going as far back as the 15th century. The same generally applies to -re/-er differences, as well.

In other words, both spellings are of English origin; we didn't just pull them out of our ass and start spelling "colour" without the "u" because we hated the Brits so much. When Samuel Johnson was compiling his dictionary, he believed spellings for these words should reflect their French origins while Noah Webster thought they should reflect colloquial usage.

But if you feel like honoring (sorry, "honouring") your French heritage, that's perfectly fine. ;)
