Everyone should have that favorite horror flick that freaks them out so much they love it. For me that was The Ring, scared the hell out of me.

Not that it's considered a horror flick, but The Sixth Sense is the only movie since Poltergeist that has made me keep lights on in the hall while I run to my bedroom.

I've gotta go with Halloween. My first...And therefore, in my mind, the best...

I thought Halloween was boring, but the first time it was scary as hell.

Favorite Horror Flick? I didn't actually watch the whole movie, as I got scared and ran out of the room screaming when I found out what it was, but it was Glitter.

In all actuality, the movie that scared me the most, I watched when I was just a wee lad in elementary school. It is the only movie that ever gave me nightmares. It might have been because I was sleeping in an attic/room of a two story country farm house and the wind blew the tree branches against the side of the house, I dunno. However, the movie was "The Birds" by your friend and mine Alfred Hitchcock. Every time a branch scraped against the wall or tapped the window, I thought it was a bird trying to get into the house.

Get better than favorite of all time? That's a lofty goal.

The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. That is my favorite Whore flick. Oh Wait...

Honestly, the movie that freaked me out the most was Nightmare on Elm Street. For six months, when I was little, I slept with a teddy bear over my head. That is what happens when the slumber party patrons get into their parents video collection. It still gives me chills.

Holy Shinoly Batman! Denyse has turned from friendly furry festive female, into back biting ficus grower! And to think I brought you a grilled cheese. Hmmm...you know what is funny. I never throw anything out on the computer, and it seems to me that I have a picture of you where you INTENTIONALLY made your hair look like mine and you are wearing a belt over your t-shirt. Hmmmm....where is that picture....

Ahh - the last day before I discovered I could scotch tape down my bangs while I slept to avoid the mall-bang-look.

Yeah BABY! [thrashes head about wildly, shooting the sign of the devil] COME ON FEEL THE NOISE! GIRLS ROCK YOUR BOYS!

You know what, this makes me want to go out, put on a short skirt and a jean jacket, red lipstick and leg warmers. MAybe look for some boys with the long hair and a fine bleach job. Maybe somebody really scary, like Bret Michaels from Poison. Now that would be a good horror flick and reality TV all rolled into one.

OK, I can see saying this thread is turning into a horror movie when you post a pic of Dee Snider from Twisted Sister. I do have to take offense to singing Cum On Feel The Noise by Quiet Riot and making it seem as if that would also qualify this thread as a Horror Movie.

No - I just really love Cum on Feel the Noise, and like to sing it. And yes, the neighbors continue to be afraid of these outbursts.

Look, from Denyse and Zen's Christmas Special:

Definately Chasing Amy. When Alyssa's character showed what was only reserved for special occasions I almost crapped myself.

Or Nightmare on Elm Street (the first one). It comes in a close second. /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
