Are there only two pictures of Tony Blair on the internet? 90% of those pictures have him with the same goofy grin.

the way Fark works is the mod will post a picture and tell the members to photoshop it. Then everyone rates each other's posts. So, the reason they're all the same is because people are trying to only use what was in the original picture (although not everyone does that, which usually works out for the best).
