Surge was crack-like for me for quite some time. I was working in a theater with the stuff, and I'd turn down the water &amp; CO2 and turn up the syrup between shifts. I was very efficient those days.

Coke and Pepsi are the same to me and both make excellent cleaning solvents. Yes, it will help with oxidated/rusty bike chains. Its good when you just want to degrease a chain as well.
