I need more information. How hot is it? How tall is the grass. Did the missus request that said chore be completed?
And sticking with the theme...

There is a heat index of 100°, 66% humidity, negligible wind; the grass, which covers about 3/4 of an acre is about three inches too high in the back yard, and Jen mentioned it only in passing (which translates into "when the fuck are you going to get out there?")
Oh, and I only have a push-mower because I am a masochist.
It's a dilemma.

Ah. No dilema sir. You must do, what has to be done. The section in bold tells you so.
'Sides, there's a brand new Misinformation up. :D
...waiting for the player to charge.
I should probably make a beer run before I get into this...

I voted "fuck the grass". I'd rather smoke some than mow some. ;) It's too fuckin' hot out there. Get the beer, ASAP!!!! :D

Woop, woop, woop!!!! No moe for youse fors. ;)
The future of the yard involves a lot of shrubbery and mulch. Enough so that the lawn mower will go up on craigslist...
That's the tentative plan anyway. I don't know how long Jen wants to live here... Probably up until a month after I spend a shitload of money on landscaping :p
I don't have any drums of diesel and the player's charged up, so I guess I oughta get to it...

Most of my dad's yard is gravel. It's not as cool as one might think.

Sim City. No contest.
Too late.. mowed grass... feel like... well, shit... My nose is a fuggin' snot faucet...
Should have waited for the summer cold to completely pass.
Hindsight? Sim City would have been a better choice.

Too late..
Curse our nuisance time zones!
Time is... relative?
I was able to listen to Misinformation. I couldn't hear Cabin Fever over the lawn mower. Their sexy, dulcet tones just couldn't cut through the noise.
(ex-radio guy's tip for the day: diaphragmatic breathing :D)
I need a shower.

I have two small patches of johnson grass. The one in the back is actually a corner off the deck that looks like the Vietnamese jungle. All I need to do is spool some twine on the weed-eater.

Not gonna happen tonight.
I'd kill a bus full of bunnies for a lawn......I'm on the 57th floor of Bladerunner estates.
actually, I'd just kill a bus full of bunnies.

Dude...I second Bop's statement...but not in a sexual way. I'm just saying that my grass is long, and I'm lazy.

I went for the Diesel fuel, spectacular, it smells nice, AND you get high.
Well, the lawn will be dead enough in a few weeks. Fall is here. I know it is because I damn near froze me nuts off riding home last. I may have... three more weeks of lawn mowing.

Spring has sprunged down here and I really should mow my lawn, espicially since I can't afford any Diesel fuel.

That is one reason I love it here. We have about 2-3 cold days per winter. :p

It was in the 50's here this morning when I went to work and the highs are only getting into the 80s. A nice relief indeed and early in the year to boot. We definitely had a cooler year this year.
