God has spoken! Finally, a Devil May Cry Movie. Unfortunately, the studios are only giving the project 30 million and filming starts in 2005. It is a awesome game (too bad the sequel wasn't as good), and hopefully they film and write the script correctly!
Anyway, what are your thoughts?

As long as it's better than Mortal Combat Anhilation. Or is that too low of a standard?

and i liked dmc2 ..thought it was cool u had to play both characters
The game was killer. I think that the movie will be pretty cool. I just hope the graphics are as killer as they are in the game.

I would like to applaud pm5k for retrieving this lost post from the land of forgotten posts. I haven't touched this thing since July. I feel weird.

i think both Mortal Kombat movies sucked ass. what ties my noose is they make it look like anything can happen. reptile changes form from a lizard to a ninja, then from a ninja to a pile of bugs.

<font color="purple">The first mortal kombat was good, lots of action and all. The second one I could have done without. </font color>

better not be Ben Affleck. (he [censored] sucked in Daredevil )

the first one had no story. no depth. the second was too fake, but a good storyline.
hey, if Liu Kang can morph into a dragon...is it still "Mortal" Kombat???

Ben Affleck is awesome in all his movies. Even if the script sucks, like Daredevil, he can make it good.

I didn't like the mortal kombat films but I thought the first was a decent conversion to films, btu I found that big trouble in little china was probably the closest thing to MK for me because
Chinese guy like lui kang
Kurt Russel was like Johnny cage
Lo pan was like Shang Tsung (especially mk1 plot of him being old then young)
And one of the brother was like raiden.

Both sucked, because mainly they portrayed Sub-Zero so stupidly.

Anyone remember the MK TV Show? Nt the craptacular animated thing, but the live-action one? Mortal Kombat Onslaught or whatever it was called? A big departure from the game, but i dug it...
