Not that the result would be any different (and I know theres a lot of hatred for Spiderman 3) but I'm sure black symbiote suit Spiderman would fight a tad fiercer and make for a better match - although still lose.

I think a fairer fight would be Spidey vs. Robin. Aren't they around the same age?

It would be more of a fight than most are implying (Spidey's damn fast and agile, plus he's decently bright), but the in the end Batman would most likely end up the victor. Now if it were Batman and Wolverine...
