Splenda Packets in the Urinals

Why?

Call me naive, but is there any reason someone at work would keep putting packets of Splenda in the urinals?

Anyone?

Perhaps urine and splenda creates an interesting reaction. It might be as big a phenomenon as diet coke and mentos. I'm just hypothesizing here, it probably does nothing.
