...people round for dinner; actors, musicians, historical figures, fictional characters...even cartoon characters - who would you have, and why?

Jesus Christ, for his skills at providing unlimited alcoholic beverages.

Mister Peabody, so I could get him drunk off Christ's wine and then steal his time machine.

Kevin Smith, because it'd be rude as hell not to invite the progenitor of these boards. Besides, he seems like a cutthroat kind of guy who'd help me lay down a plot on Peabody. :D

Although, if Smith couldn't make it due to other obligations I'd have to invite Porky the Pig. The guy always came off as a little wanting for bigger and better things, and now that I had Peabody's time machine I could provide that. Besides, it doesn't matter where or when you go, a walking talking pig will get you places.

i'd invite by-tor, peoria, and JKI tell ya what, kid. We'd have one damn good time. ;)

As for the Peter Griffin face, what went wrong after we left Dublin? Seems like things turned south. There's only a few of us here that know her. What went down?

Sade: I have had the hots for her ever since I saw her first video on MTV back in the early 80s. She is still one sexy woman and has one of the soultriest voices ever.

Zack de la Rocha: Gotta thank that man for a buch of kick-ass good music and then to smack him upside the head for leaveing Rage Against The Machine.

Christopher Walken: Do I really need to explain why he would be a choice? He is Christopher Walken.

I dunno. I wouldn't want a buncha foo-foo eaters at my table bitchin cause they don't got no napkins. I'd want the kind of folks who use a fork to fend off one of the other savages from food thievery. The last of a dieing breed, they'd be. True gluttons. Any ideas?

Well, firstly I'd invite John Landis. Oh, wait, I already met him earlier today! KAKOW!!!

http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l178/illwil_1970/John_Landis.jpg

I was totally starstruck. 135 subliminal minutes. "Well I'd fuck 'im". I was thinking of studying film, but now I'm sure I'm gonna apply for it next year. Thank you Mr. Landis!

No, no, seriously, I might be shitfaced, but my judgement isn't impaired. He was awesome. There wasn't any need for an interviewer, he just spoke for the whole 2+ hours. I wish I were John Landis... He r teh awesomesauce.

Solid Snake, Jack Bauer and John McClaine.

I'd remove Bauer, and add Snake Plissken. But then again, I' m pretty sure Solid Snake, and Plissken are virtually the same character.

Blasphemy! I don't quite know who I'd invite. Frankly, I'm growing pretty fond of a fictional character I made up recently (in a short story for my Creative Writing class), and making up his character has allowed me to create someone who would be extremely interesting to have dinner with. At this point in time, I'd probably want to have dinner with Kevin Smith, Cosmo Kramer, and Awesome X, along with many, many other real and fictional people.
