I got my name many many years ago when a friend and I put together a monthly Zine called WeltedMaxZine, and being a young punk emo kid I was full of pain and angst.
Most of my pieces in the Zine were about my short coming or stories that I had written about being an outsider or lost love or unattainable love. I signed them Discomfort

Then I created a now defunct website called The Discomfort Zone that was basically a blog where I stored my stories and thoughts.

Now I use it because it's easy to remember and it's nostalgic for me, tho I am not quite the same person I was 17 years ago

Well I guess there aren't that many people who have read all the books. Especially the older ones. I was buying them as soon as they came out.
