Wow only heard about the Glasgow Airport fracass properly this morning, people on fire eh, that's gotta hurt big time.

I wonder why they tried to blow up Tiger Tiger in London though, I have been to the one in Cardiff and it is beyond a doubt the biggest cattle market I have ever had the displeasure to set foot in. Maybe someone's actually gonna 'do for' the chavs at last.

Ahhhh the world it doth turn around and around.

yeah the one in London is just the same as that. cattle market. utter carnage. but to be fair there are a few clubs around that area that are like that, Tiger Tiger isn't particularily any worse then some of them.

Chavs? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chav)

Hmmm, I don't completey agree with that description, but, yep; 'Chavs are generally considered to have no respect for society, and to be ignorant or unintelligent.'

Also know as scum, arseholes and yobs, which, sadly makes up about 70% of the population of Shitsville, aka, England.

Forgive my stupidness, but I don't understand what you mean by this. :o

What's wrong with England?

I'm going to say alot.

What am I missing?

Not much. I find the majority of people over here disrespectful and downright rude. (I live in England) Its seems anti-social is the new social. I have a problem with the amount of yobs in this country and the lack of law and justice available to combat them.

Yes.

Although for a short while I did swap England for Narnia, via my wardrobe... but that was due to a shortage of pills, which, thankfully, has been resolved, and the whole matter is now behind me. :p

Yeah I might have used the term Chav a little too broadly, townies would have been a better description, pretty much comes down to the same thing though.

It's like everyone's got a chip on their shoulder and has a right to do as they please, it's terrible for that in Bristol.

Burberry? Wearing Lumberjack clothing is considered "hard"? HA HA HA! Oh thats priceless. Its like only the worst part of American culture make it around the world (like Rap Music, the WWF (aka wrasslin') and bad movies

yakkern

The company Burberry has been around since the 1800's and is based in Hampshire UK. They were considered a very up market brand, catering for the horsey lot and the very well to do. That is until some genius came up with the astounding idea of taking a stalwart in American culture 'the baseball cap' possibly the worst clothing export from the united states and adorning it with the Burberry print.

This was, as far as I remember adopted by the football brigade (not the brightest coins in the purse) in order to propel them (in their minds) out of the back streets from whence they came and into the social hierarchy that their inflated earnings now allowed them to wonder amongst. Since all footballers (with the natural exception of the lanky framed Crouch and of course Mr Rooney) are the medias mannequins this was picked up by the glossy and naturally the well read fans of said glossies and supporters of said ahem 'sportsmen' and football clubs. It almost became a club identifier to don the fabled Burberry Cap. From there it was cheap copies from the Sunday market and suddenly every supermarket car park dwelling, Alco pop swilling, happy slapping illegitimate illiterate retard in the land was of the mind that they too were 'proper posh' just like Beckham and indeed Posh.

So it's not like the US has once again bestowed its 'culture' on the ever appreciative world at all really. Even though trades men over here do seem to appreciate the cut of the lumberjacks attire. Must be their effeminate side coming out, that or their French side.

Glad we managed to clear that up chaps. Wouldnt want you yanks thinking you've gone and 'done it again' lol

Whenever I hear about the mean street of England I think of that Bill Hicks joke.
"“So I'm over there in England, you know, trying to get news about the riots... and all these Brit people are trying to sympathize with me... 'Oh Bill, crime is horrible. Bill, if it's any consolation crime is horrible here, too.' ...Shutup. This is Hobbitown and I am Bilbo Hicks, Okay? This is a land of fairies and elves. You do not have crime like we have crime, but I appreciate you trying to be, you know, Diplomatic. You gotta see English crime. It's hilarious, you don't know if you're reading the front page or the comic section over there. I swear to God. I read an article front page of the paper one day, in England, 'Yesterday, some Hooligans knocked over a dustbin in Shafsbry.' ...Wooooo. 'The hooligans are loose! The hooligans are loose! ...What if they become roughians? I would hate to be a dustbin in Shafsbry tonight. (to the tune of "Behind Blue Eyes" by The Who) No one knows what it's like... to be a dustbin... in Shafsbry... with hooligans...' What the HELL are you talkin' about? Hooligans? Roughians? Speak English! It's Crypt, Blood. I mean, I'm sure it's a serious thing, Hooligans, but it just sounds stupid, doesn't it? I picture a bunch of pale guys with pennyloafers and no socks. (to a tune) 'We're the hooligans!' (Sound of knocking dustbin over) 'Come here, you fuckers, come here.' 'Nope! Got-to catch us! If you corner me I might become a scalliwag!' ...It doesn't sound scary at all, does it? They have proper crime there. I'd love to put the hooligans up against the Bloods in LA... that would be a short gang battle. (To a tune, again) 'We're the hooligans!' (sound of dustbin knocking over)-- (boom boom boom *gunshots*). '...huh? Hoola-somethin', I didn't catch it all. Mothafucka danced up to me and patted me on the head. Pale mothafucka, look at that thing.' It wouldn't be a long gang battle. I'm bettin' on the Bloods.”"

Dude, Lumberjacks are totally Hard core especially in England...

http://content.answers.com/main/content/wp/en/1/1b/Lumberjack_Song.jpg

I'm a lumberjack and I'm okay
I sleep all night and I work all day
He's a lumberjack and he's okay
He sleeps all night and he works all day

I cut down trees, I eat my lunch
I go to the lavat'ry
On Wednesdays I go shopping
And have buttered scones for tea
He cuts down trees...
He's a lumberjack...

I cut down trees, I skip and jump
I love to press wild flow'rs
I put on women's clothing
And hang around in bars
He cuts down trees...
He's a lumberjack...

I cut down trees, I wear high heels
Suspendies and a bra
I wish I'd been a girlie
Just like my dear papa
He cuts down trees...
He's a lumberjack...

So I'm not quite sure what Mr Siwel is trying to get at but it's a low blow quoting Mr Hicks, for one I have a real hard time disagreeing with anything the man has to say, however, he copped an unfortunate one quite some time ago now lets see... 13years ago gawd rest his soul. So it's probably quite an outdated view you are trying to impart upon us. Shame because the Hicks card is like having pocket rockets for the most part, which is a pity as you seem to be playing with ducks.

And I think about the same thing when I hear about pussy-assed American gun violence. Irish people use bombs to sort out their problems.

So I'm not quite sure what Mr Siwel is trying to get at...
Nobody does, he's had sand firmly lodged in his vagina for some time now.
