For anyone who never saw it, BrassEye was an extremely funny show that was broadcast on Channel 4 back in the 90's. It was a part satire, part surrealist comedy created by the mad genius Christopher Morris (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0606439/). It dealt with a different social issue every week, like drugs, sex, social decline etc. and basically made fun of it in the style of a news magazine show. They made a one-off special in 2001 about paedophilia, which created damn-near mass hysteria in the media. Yes, admittedly it's a verrrry touchy subject, but the fact is it's extremly funny. It also made all the media-whore celebrities who took part look stupid.
