This movie was just plain gay, I was not a fan of Napoleon Dynamite at all, but this movie just plain sucked! 10x worse than Napoleon Dynamite!

When you are a man, sometimes you wear stretchy pants in your room... Just for fun.

I don't know, I thought it was pretty funny. Definitely not the greatest film I've ever seen, but very watchable. Especially the corn cob in eye thing.

I personally thought Napoleon Dynamite was funny as hell, but that could also be the fact I grew up thirty minutes from preston Idaho.. We went there when we were kids to buy lottery tickets..and cigarettes, you had to be 19 in utah to buy them but only 18 in idaho..Got caught transporting a keg across the border into utah from there also....

I thought it was a lot like Napoleon. The first time you watch it brings to mind "Huh". But then you find yourself quoting from it with your friends and want to see it again.

Would you like to join me in my quarters tonight for some toast?

"How did you get up here so fast?"

"...Secret Tunnels."

That part had me belly laughing, I must have missed 3 minutes of the movie I was laughing so hard.

I really was underwhelmed, and I walked away from Napoleon with a much higher regard for it than I did Nacho
Maybe you're right, repeat viewing will boost the love
But the singing just took me completely out of the movie, he couldnt keep up the accent and was too much "himself"
Never would I think that they should have casted someone else before, but after...

I hated Napolean Dynomite enough to make me not want to see this despite my love of Jack Black.

I LOVED Nacho Libre... of course I'm biased, bias??? because I love Jack Black. I don't know what it is about short, chubby, hairy dudes... they just do something for me.

I had the oposite reaction (see Aaron's). I couldn't get past the first thirty minutes of Napoleon Dynamite. When Nacho gave me the slightest chuckled it already was 10 steps ahead of Napoleon.

I liked that Jack Black was himself becase, well, I like Jack Black. I don't think he's the greatest actor, but he did what I needed him to do in Nacho Libre.

It was a dumb movie that made me smile. Thats what I expected to see, so I thuroughly enjoyed the movie.

Ps. His accent sucked. His song to Encarnacion was HI-Larious!

If I were a Jack Black fan, I'd hate him in this film. Granted, I loved it, but I would have hated to see him do the same routine over and over again. Basically, it was Jack Black with a Mexican accent, but I dug it because, I am not a Jack Black fan.

I think that makes sense.
