See here I thought you had meant posting things off-topic for the off-topic sections, which would mean it's on-topic but without regards to anything in particular, but therefore would make it off-topic by definition, but not off-topic for the off-topic section...well, it's Sunday, and tomorrow it's Monday.

I haven't been wanting to start a whole new thread, but I would like to mention that Nacho Libre was funny as hell and I laughed practically the entire time. I really didn't like Napoleon Dynamite, so this was a huge suprise. Highly recommended to anyone with a sense of humor.

You know what's going to be great. Now all of the spam is going to go back to the 'Columns' forum.

My guess is Tommy Boy.

Perhaps it was that new movie "Dirty Shameless Plug by DarthMaulRat (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vXO5cwl_nw)".

Well, at the risk of further perpetuating the low-brow, knuckle-draggin', f**ktard image I have fostered with certain individuals here, it was Click. It started out as typical Adam Sandler fare, but the last act grabbed the ENTIRE audience by the heart strings and pretty much ripped them right out.

I recently saw The Break Up and in spite of some bad reviews I agreed with Maxim and the other positive reviews. I LOVED it. However, it was completely different than the standard romantic comedy I was prepared for.

This and Chasing Amy are the only two movies I have ever seen where the characters fight like people really do when they are in love and about to lose it. It was also the only other movie that has made me laugh and then cry two seconds later. Neither character is right, makes the right decisions, or is the hero.

That remake of The Omen really wasn't scary at all...
what a rip <_<

I saw it and thought it wasn't scary either. Of course, I think anything that Julia Stiles does sucks ass. She must be the casting couch queen. Give me a break...a diplomats wife?

The only thing that saves this for me was Liev Schreiber. Hot, hot, hot.

Has anyone seen "Everything is Illuminated" that he directed? I would highly recommend it. Aside from it being one of the more visually beautiful movies around, the story is a great adaptation of the book.

I picked 00 for my number and it didn't work at all. Stupid game. I can't even win it.

The fishing thing was all about the Smokey and the Bandit music. Now I want to sit down and enjoy some Burt Reynolds classic movie goodness.

I don't know if any of you read the Sports Guy, but he posted his You Tube Hall of Fame (http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=simmons/060626) yesterday. Some good things, some overplayed things.
