Went out and got the DVD. Gotta say, I love it. One of the best things Adult Swim puts out there, much better than "Tom goes to the Mayor" or "Squidbellies". I hope they keep making seasons of this rather than those other two.

Also Brock is now my hero

I just enjoy the injokes and the very detailed backstory. Everything has a place and a reason. It all makes sense when watched all together. From the 1st "Team Venture" appearing throughout the series before being formalley introduced, to Brocks misguided love affair football accident.
I just want to know what the dad died of?

Venture Bros rules. Brock is so hilarious and Patrick Warburton seems to make the character. I have to buy all this stuff on DVD cuz I cant stay up that late to watch it on Adult Swim. Sleepy sleepy.

Been watching this on Dvd non-stop. Alittle creeped out by the "live action" part. Just fun to watch the whole thing straight through. The main theme does get alittle old, and it sucks that there are no charpter breaks.

Hey. Just got Venture Bros. Season 1 on DVD (because I just got the money) and love it, but I have a couple questions. First, I bought my copy brand new at Wal-Mart and it has a couple scratches (on each disc). I have like thirty days to return it if needed but it was the only copy there and I would hate to part with it (I'll just wait until I've watched all of it and see if there are problems with the presentation/audio). Anyway, just wondering if this is normal. Also, is there a way to uncensor the audio? I was just wondering, specifically for the episode Return To Spider-Skull Island (the prison scene with the boys, the Monarch, and King Gorilla). Anyway, I'd appreciate any help you could give.
