The plot was pretty good until the end which was disappointing.Denzels acting was great. Jodie Foster has definetly had better roles. Sorry, cant recommend this one either.

I saw Inside Man last Sunday and I loved it. Great acting, shot really well, kind of Usual Suspecty without the shock ending.

It wasnt terrible.Certain things werent explained enough, like the importance of the ring in the saftey deposit box for one. Why was the ring more significant then the diamonds? you sure cant tell from watching the film.It just is, I guess. Who is Jodie fosters character? its not really explained. I really dont buy theives with hearts of gold either.

Pay attention the next time you watch a movie. Everything is pretty clear.
As for it being like THE USUAL SUSPECTS... once you see the movie you may understand why it is somewhat like it. However, this one has a different angle in its deception. It is much more obvious and the twist is less "holy shit" and more "ahhhh, of course."
I liked the movie a whole lot. It has many elements (racial issues, Nazis, a heist, cops, government insiders, people with special negotiation skills, etc) and also ends on a non-Hollywood note.

Thank you for putting it much more succinctly than I did. :)

God, it's like Dmoney reincarnated. And, I wasn't even here for that. Archives rule. Monster of Rock, why don't you go back and learn some of the history of this place. I lurked for months before I registered. Read archives and kinda got the "feel" of the people here and how things worked. I was suspected as a fucktard that got banned numerous times. I stuck it out and didn't step on anybody's toes. You've already made a few people's List. That ain't easy to do. Good luck.

Dude - I am SOOOO going now.
Who's in?
The Boondock Saints (aka Phit and Aaron) are already in the car and they both insist that they can hold my hand in the theater. Anybody want to sit on the other side of them?

Can't wait, with Monster's Seal of Disapproval™, we can't go wrong.
A warning though...Aaron is infamous for whippin' out the ol' "Popcorn Gopher".

[Said in a whisper] I hope Monster doesn't see me leaving the house. They think I have a crush on them. I totally hope they ask me to prom so I can shoot them down really loudly in front of everyone...
Everybody in the car!
