Plus, we already have a 24 thread.

Anyway to comment:

SPOILER!!!

Yeah, that sucks about Edger. Though, most new someone had to die. 24 does not like keeping anyone around other than Jack, Tony, Cloey, and that is about it. I mean there are a few left from last season, but if most of them are still around in 2 seasons I will be suprised. I would say that if 24 is still around in two seasons then I will be suprised but I love the show. The world loves this show. It is so intense. It is almost as big as American Idol.

American idol lost its touch after season 3, but the most ratings they get are during the tryouts (wich never get old)

Wow, does anyone watch this show other than myself and the newbie.

Damn tonight was gooooood!

Spoiler*********************

They must really hate their cast. They kill everyone. The people they don't kill, just leave for no particular reason. I mean I just on't get it. It is really like they hate the cast of this show. I mean they even have even killed Jack like 15 times. Cloey best watch her ass..........she is all that is left. Cloey and Kim, that is it. They are the only people left alive from the 1st season.

Damn.

My friend Andy wrote this on his blog:

Everything I needed to know in life, I learned by watching "24"

1. At any given time, one of my coworkers is a plant working for my enemies.

2. Actually, there is no traffic in Los Angeles.

3. When I am caught & punished for disobeying orders, the only way to solve the problem is to escape my punishment & disobey even further orders to prove that I was right all along.

4. All sexy women who do not work with me are slutty super-stealth ninja mercenaries working for my enemies.

5. The President's direct personal phone line is easily & readily available. Also - he always answers it himself.

6. Breaking the law is acceptable if it will help me complete my job. This is especially true when my boss has directly ordered me not to do so.

7. Being shot, though unlikely, always ends in an immediate death except if struck in the neck. Neck wounds require only 2 hours of rest & recovery.

8. My coworker's personal dramas will not only interfere with their job, but put myself or one of my coworkers in a life threatening situation.

9. Presidential visits to Los Angeles always coincide with terrorist activities. When the President visits Los Angeles, it is time to take a vacation somewhere else.

10. All terrorist activities occur in the greater Los Angeles region.

11. Never, ever set up a perimeter to catch an enemy. It will be quickly and easily compromised.

12. Intra-office romances always end with one or both parties dying.

13. Nobody is dead until an uninvolved 3rd party coroner confirms it.

14. All cellphones have a connection port for & can read any form of data storage device.

15. Satellites are always conveniently located where you need them to track people.

16. The ability to resist uriting, shitting, eating and sleeping for 24 hours is much more common among people than I was led to believe.

Well, when you're up at 4am, running, doing push-ups, running, 8-count body builders, running, leg-lifts, sit-ups, running, and doing more push-ups every five minutes, your body uses up just about everything you put in it.

***Spoiler***
man those marines came in and put the 50. to use(biatch)
I think Arron Pierce should be Jack Bauer's partner (Jack could be the Badass and Arron could be the nice guy)
The president thing blew out of my seat and so did the David Palmer's brother surviving the assault.

As far as I know they don't. Whenever we fly to Indiana we have to come back with our tomatoes in carry-on, else they explode.

I think this is where the 'representative of 24 hours' movie will probably come into play, I think the season will always be restricted to LA because of its wonderfully clear roads any time of the day. Thought I dont really mind if 24's EU stories arent real time, they are still pretty cool.

I have a feeling the China boat is just going to be the first four hours of next season... The same way that the first four hours of season 4 and 5 told a kind of self contained story, a sort of bang to trigger the events of the rest of the day. Jack is going to find a way off, most likely hijack a helicopter or something.

My guess is that the boat isn't actually going to China, its headed to a major US port and carrying weapons or a bomb, its going to be the spearhead of WW3 if the Chinese choose to do so. This would prevent Jack from ending up in China and spending half the season on a plane flying back to the US.

No, but it has a sweet little documentary on the supporting cast.`
Did you know Mike Novic is a folk singer? Or that Aaron Pierce is a motivational speaker? I sure as shit didn't!
I watched the season 6 trailer, and it does look like it will be a doozie.
Peter MacNicol playing what looks like the chief of staff could be interesting. Po-kehh, po-kehh, po-kehh...Pokipsy!
