Are there threads about this? yes. Has this been covered before? yes.
WHat is it?
Why not do a Batman/Superman Movie, and make it a sequel to Batman Begins and Superman Returns. Two big Stars, Two Big Heroes, one great movie. If you have been reading the Superman/Batman comic book, you will realie that it does indeed kick ass.
or why not
Superman/Batman/Wonderwoman ?
Instead of 3 diffrent sequels an Uber Sequal for all 3 movies? *drools*

Well they have to wait and see how Supes does first, may not even warrant a sequel
Speaking of which
Am I the only one crying out for a Daredevil sequel without all the studio control?
And also Xmen sequel
excited? worried?
I have to say, the trailer put my nerves at ease
And the 6 interviews that Superherohype.com have of their set tour are pretty cool

I'm with you on this one, they are both great comics and both ended up making great movies. If they were to put the two together that would make some serous money. They really should, thats a great idea.

Rather than have a combined sequal of Batman Begins and Superman Returns instead they should make a spin off Justice League movie.

Well, the inevitable plan for all the Marvel movies that are coming up is to eventually lay the ground for an Avenger movie. DC might do the same. Build up each individual character and then do a Justice League move. I mean general populace doesn't know too much about the characters outside of the big three. Unless they watch Entourage and then they know Aquaman. A superman/batman movie would be good if they modeled after the cartoon movie.

A Batman/Superman movie would be grand, but I don’t think that will happen anytime in the next 10 years. I Read somewhere (probably in Wizard Mag) Warner Bros. wants to dish out as many sequels to both franchises before teaming them up on the big screen, which makes sense, after all in film the almighty dollar rules. Will it happen? I hope so, but not soon. As far as the Justice League movie is concerned: wont see it for a long time for the same reason as the team-up idea, unless of course you don’t use Supes or Bats…and that would be blasphemy!!!!
Like FanGirl stated, the flick would kick ass if modeled after the cartoon. Yet, regarding the movies Batman is grounded in realism and Superman stems from sci-fi fantasy, will the two tones mesh together well?
