Say what you want about the man as an actor, but he defines the term "eye candy".

I have to say that I get a lot more compliments on my bodily odor when I wear Curve than when I wear Axe.

My best-friends DISGUSTINGLY HOT brother wears it. Of course, he could wear WD-40 and I would break out in a cold sweat.

Mmmmm, WD40 and axle grease...
Hey, I married a car guy.

A "car guy" who smells like WD-40 and axle grease? Sounds like some friends I have. Is he always talking about Energon too? "They stole our Energon. Gotta get the Energon. The Energon cubes must be protected. I'm going to stick it up Ironhide's tailpipe." Fucking obnoxious!

So what do the sexy studs of the board wear for cologne now? Time for a poll...

Hugo boss, purely because it was a present and it takes me years to finish a bottle...

I'm not sure if i count as a sexy stud --- ah, who am i kidding? Yes, I do. --- but i'm not a cologne man either, although i do use Aqua De Gio (http://www.giorgioarmanibeauty-usa.com/_us/_en/catalog/subcategory.aspx?CatCode=AXE_FRAGRANCES^F1_ARMANI_ MEN^F2_ACQUADIGIO_MEN&TopCat=F2_ACQUADIGIO_MEN) aftershave lotion as my smell good stuff.

When you last saw me, I was wearing Miracle by Lancome. I don't like it anymore because it's too......musky, or something. It's got too much of an old-man smell to it.
Now I wear John Varvatos and I like it a lot. It smells sweet, and a little woodsy -- kind of like if you took Clinique Happy and added a bunch of sandalwood. Good stuff.
I also have Tag "First Move" that I sort of use as Febreze sometimes.

Honestly, I've never worn it without getting at least one compliment from random chicks.
EDIT: I am allergic to it, though, so I can only wear it once or twice a month, and be itchy for weeks afterward.

I did like Miracle. It smelled great on you. I will have to sniff this John Varvatos so I will still be able to pick you out in case I pull a Val Kilmer in Love at First Sight. ;)
I am a lover of cologne on guys. It's a memory trigger for me also. When I smell a man, even just walking by, and he has on a cologne I know I think of the person who wears it.
My boyfriend-unit wears Calvin Klein Escape, which I highly approve of. It smells very clean and fresh. The big jerky ex wore Ralph Lauren Romance, and I liked it at the time. Now it is difficult not to slip my hands around the throat of any poor soul wearing it. :D

Isn't it strange how well connected our sense of smell is to memory.
I can walk past one of the few men that still wears Joop! out there and think back to being 17 and head over heels for the town bad boy.
I also smell regular Polo and it makes me think of my dad, so when I smell it I feel sad sometimes.

Indeed. In spite of how weird she turned out, smelling it the other night made me think that she probably wasn't that bad.

I haven't had this happen much with ex's perfume, but I've had it happen with cologne I used to wear. Drakkar, Happy, Coolwater, and Hugo Boss seem popular enough that I'll catch a whiff of them out of nowhere at the bar or mall and transport to a different time in my life. I had a girlfriend who went apeshit with Bath & Body Works. She bathed in it. Literally. She had the shower gel, after-shower spray, and lotion. I think she actually wanted to BE a country apple. Obviously I can't smell that stuff without thinking of her.

Bath & Body Works have great sales. I have the shower gels, after-shower spray and lotions. I love the Sweetpea and Cucumber Melon. I have other scents too. I like the floral scents as opposed to the manufactured ones.
