Let's think about this for a minute....

What would YOU pay to marry Chelsea? 40 goats and 20 cows seems a little steep IMO.

This brings up an interesting question. What would you pay as dowry for someones hand in marriage? I know this is not the sort of tradition we might have in most western countries, but just out of curiousity......

I would give everything I have for my girl. Of course, we'd have to live with her parents afterwards...

On second thought...

That photo of him and his daughter still cracks me up.

I'd give everything for my fiance, though I don't really care if we get married or not, as long as we are together it's cool. Material shit shouldn't matter when you love someone.

Well nothing, they would have to pay me!

I KID I KID

hmm, all depends on what I had. I would give enough for the family to realize that I have enough to take care of their daughter.

The caption says they are sharing "A moment" but it looks like they are bout to share more than that to me!!!

I thought that it was the lady's family who paid a dowery to the man. Speaking of which, i need to speak to my father in law....

You gave him a meal, he gave you an extra special present....

Did all this happen after that "will you take me back, dinner"? You don't have to answer if'n you don't want to.

It's tough, because we just get back together and this happens right away. Go figure!

Because it was all a trap set by the sexy Zen. He should have known something was up when the dinner was all oysters and ground Rhino horn.

I kid, i kid.

Wasn't that like two weeks ago? How the hell could you even have thought that something was "amiss" yet?It was July 8th or 9th, so three weeks since conception...but medically I am one month along. I didn't even think anything was amiss. I had to go to the doctor for a blood test for my yearly medication checkup and Bingo! bomb drop. However, I was already late on the cycle and now you can tell with a test three to five days before you even start missing.

Wait, I was also smoking a cigar. Maybe that was the unique variable that caused the chemical imbalance that caused this! hmmmmm....

Speaking of the Clinton Library, have any of you seen it? It truly looks like a trailer on stilts.

Holy cow! That looks exactly like it! I can't believe they let the designer get that approved. It looks horrible. Like Arkansas doesn't have enough problems with their reputation.

Hey, are we playing you guys in college ball again this year?

Homeboy totally went to low, Shes a Clinton, not a whore! I would have given 40 cows, 10 hand axes, an AR-15, The skulls of my enemys, 3 huts, 4 wives for mr. Clinton, Some jambo root, and one of sexy Mercedes cabs you see in every third world country movie!! Now that dowery has chelsey written all over it.

What would I give to get married to my girl....Anything, Including my life!!! Shes totally worth it.

And to tie it all together:

A cigar bar is set to open on Clinton Avenue in Little Rock, near the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum. The name of the operation, or so we read on the application filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State Business/Commercial Services: "Monica's on Clinton."

From the Washington Times (http://insider.washingtontimes.com/articles/normal.php?StoryID=20050727-115927-2624r)...although that single paragraph is all that's there, so I wouldn't even waste your time trying to dig further.

The Bama game was one of the only ones we missed last year.

I think you guys have the story all wrong. It wasn't that the guy was trying to buy Chelsea Clinton's hand in marriage, it was that Bill was actually trying to sell off Hillary and he got caught. The whole Chelsea thingy was just a quick cover story he thought up.

So was Bill asking for the livestock or was he offering it himself as an incentive?
Bill would have to give up a hell of a lot more than 40 goats and 20 cows for me to take Hillary off his hands...

From what I heard, he was offering up the livestock as an incentive to try and get the guy to take Hillary off of his hands. I don't think the guy was going for it though when the reporter found them.

"I'll give you 40 goats and 20 cows- it's a whole herd! Just take her!"
"Fuck the herd... I want Montana."
