Can you reccomend some new shows i could watch? The ones i'm watching are getting kind of dry and boring. give the show and a brief explanations.

see this thread (http://moviepoopshoot.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5031) or in the fall you could start with the Amazing Race, I think Battlestar Galactic is about to start it's second season. I hear it's good, but i'm never home to watch it on Fridays, and they moved the re-run to a late night time i couldn't stay up to watch.

The kids around the house this summer have been watching "Chapelle Show: The 2nd. Season" DVD 24\7. That is some funny-ass shit. :D

Rescue Me season 2 just started and is already as good as the first. Battlestar Galactica season 2 starts tomorrow (awesome!). On HBO, Entourage is rockin' and the new season of Six Feet Under is diving deeper into the blackness of hell... which means it is great. :)

For those of you who loved Wet Hot American Summer, Comedy Central has a new and brilliant show called Stella. Do not miss it.

Rudd's exasperation when the trio was put in charge of the big account was on par with his classic double-take in Wet Hot. Rockwell was great, but I kinda wish they had built up Gary Meadows a bit more before introducing him.

Great show.

Rescue Me season 2 just started and is already as good as the first.Every time that I see an ad for that show, I think, "hey, I should be watching that." And yet I've never gotten around to a single episode. I'll have to put it on my to-do list.

Lets see, my favourite show?? Hmm.

There is
In Living Colour..
And
Mr. Rogers' Neighbourhood..

As for films, I like
Prizzi's Honour..
And
The Good Humour Man...

And of course in music, I rather like
Jefferson Aeroplane

You should see it. It's on tonight on FX. They usually sum up in the begining what's been going on so you won't be lost.

Wait a minute... Thats all you do is watch TV!

I'm putting Turner Souths "Junkin" as my current fav show. I know i'll grow out of it eventually, but for right now, i love it. (the reason is my not-so-secret crush on Val Myers)

I always catch 'Big Brother' in the summer. It comes on, I believe, about three times a week (Tues, Thurs and Sat).

It looks like there are going to be some pretty good sitcoms for the fall. I can't remember the name of any of them but one stars Henry Winkler and Stockard Channing.

It's about time!

Mythbusters -- I love semi-science and blowing stuff up.
Pinks -- I love to see a man lose his car 'cause he's an arrogant prick.
Hey! Spring of Trivia and MXC -- I love stupid Japanese game shows.
Arrested Development -- I love smart laughs.
Justice League Unlimited -- I love good writing and superheroes.

Man, JLU and Battlestar Galactica are both shows that i want to watch but can't because they come on on Fridays when i am not home. I can't remember to set my VCR for them, and frankly i'm so far behind on them both, it wouldn't even matter.

booo...

New Rescue Me on tonight. Its actually an easy show to get into, you don't have to know too much about the characters to enjoy the series. I watched only 2 episodes from the first season, but I've finally made it a point to watch this entire season. Did anyone else know that Dennis Leary is an amazing actor beyond the emotions of angry and psychotic? I'm not sure if he was nominated, but he deserves the Emmy for best actor.

So am I the only one who didn't get to see Rescue Me last night?
Out of all my stupid channels FX wasn't working. Why? Why on Tuesday night? Why not Monday or Today instead?
Hmmph :(

That's okay. Turns out I set up my VCR wrong, so I have about 3 minutes of the new episode. I don't remember, but I think they usually repeat all the new episodes of the week on Saturday night.
