Okay, so, it doesn't seem like the most happy way to spend movie night but I must admit, I'm morbidly curious. Cobain was the closest thing my generation had to a Lennon and I've often wondered what the last few hours of his life were like.

It's not so much that I want to see it , I kinda just have to.

I'm gonna guess a fucking living nightmare, just about like everyday after he married that complete psychotic bitch.

I never even heard of "Kurt and Courtney" but it sounds like "Sid and Nancy". Van Sant usually bores me to death , I never made it through "Elephant" even though many of my freinds swore by it , it was just too slow moving.

I'm wondering if Van Sant will lend any creedence to the murder theory. It doesn't look that way from the trailer.

"Sid and Nancy"
Every time I watch that movie I can't believe how much Love resembles Nancy. Looks, drugs, running a dude into the grave. Sadness.

If he doesn't, he's just trying to stay out of court. Too, too many things point in her direction.

I rented it a few years back. More of a documentary than anything. I wanted to pick up a copy to own, but haven't found it anywhere since. And I'm too lazy (and broke) to look for it on Amazon or eBay right now.

After watching it I thought a great deal harder about Courtney than before. You have to watch it just for the night the director of the documentary got all torqued off and got up on stage and called her what she was.

I imagine it was cool/edgy/disturbing right when it came out, but he sheds no light on anything. I honestly wonder if he was just practicing some directing techniques for a better movie.

Yeah, I pointed that out to a couple teenagers that I was was watching it with. They made me Tivo rewind 10 times checking her out.
