How do you get cool little pictures <font color="red"> </font color> under your name

1) Look to the top right hand corner of your screen.
2) Click on "My Profile"
3) Scroll down until you see a selection marked "Personal information, email, password, etc."
4) Scroll down until you see "Your Picture"
5) Enter the url of the picture you want (Note: if you do not know the exact URL of the picture, right-click on it and select "properties". Under address, it will give you the perfect address to copy.

Also, you have to make sure that the URL you are linking from allows direct linking. Or you will get that cool little red x you've got going now.
