...how 'bout them overnights?
I really like working nights, but after midnight, this place is dead. Although, since I have no social life, I should be able to save a ton of money, right?
Wrong.
I get bored, I spend. Thank you, Jebus for 24hr Wal-mart... time to go pick up The Life Aquatic...

I sleep very little (on average 4-5 hours a night) and sometimes go 2 days or more without sleep. I get delirious after the 36 hour mark, and do some wild spending. Sometimes late at night when nothing is on TV, I head to the 24 hour walmart, buy a game or DVD.
I totally understand where you are coming from!
If I ever found a 24hr Target, I would never be able to eat anything but Ramen noodles... My last night off I wound up buying six PS2 games out of the bargain bin and four Clint Eastwood DVDs. Oh, and the bike I wrecked today... the stockers look at you kind of weird when you buy a bicycle at 3:30 in the morning...

I own it on video so I have a gander every now and then. It still cracks me up.
I used to have Raw on VHS.
Then we had a party.
The next day, Raw, my copy of The Wall, and pretty much everything we had in the liquor cabinet was gone...

Funny, since Wal-Mart effed up our wedding pictures (Well, some of them) I'm not allowed in Wal-Mart either, on orders from the little woman...

That's funny! For the most part (wal-mart and target are right next to each other here) I shop at Target. I go to Wal-Mart for late at night boredom or cravings for a snack, or if I buy a major purchase and Wal-Mart is cheaper.
They messed up on my last oil change though, so I no longer take my car there.

We had disposable cameras on all the tables. I took them in to WalMart to be developed. I asked for 4X6 single prints and CD's.
When I picked them up I had (out of 5 cameras):
One set of doubles with pictures missing, no CD.
Two sets copied twice, in different folders
Two sets of negatives, but no photos
Three (not Five) CD's.
They told me that 2 of the rolls of film they couldn't get on to the CD for some reason.
They also had a set printed where the negatives fed through the machine wrong so that half of one picture and half of another picture were on the same photo.
Did I mention this was Star Wars Weekend and all the photo department people were dressed in costumes from the movie? The Department Manager I know only as Chewbacca. He said to come back tomorrow and tell the other manager what happened, cuz he needed to go man the Star Wars photo booth.
I took them back twice and after all was said & done I had 1 almost complete set (4 pics were never printed although they were fine on the CD) , 3 partial sets and one CD with all the photos on it.
But I hated Wally World before all this happened....I only took the photos there because all other photo places are 10 miles away, and I was being lazy.
First of all, I can't imagine a Star Wars weekend at the Wall-mart in Birmingham, AL. I wish they would have one just so i could people watch.
Second, i'm sorry that your pics were all fouled up, did the CD have pictures form all 5 cameras on it? i'd take it to Wolf Camera (or insert name of local good camera store here) and have them print out the ones that got Kirk Cameron'd errrr... i mean, left behind.

Luckily, my dear husband got me a great photo printer for Christmas, so I can edit all the pics and reprint them myself, at home, for free. If not I'd have been way more pissed!

I went with D to drop off those photos, and if it wasn't so sad, it would've been hysterical. Those were the worst costumes I've ever seen. Chewie looked like the hair at the back of a hooker's head after work. I couldn't believe they were charging like eight bucks to get your picture taken with them.
I really wish I had, though, just to post here. Damn.
