So far, my vote was tied with STAR FOX ADVENTURES for Gamecube and MORTAL KOMBAT 5, but i've heard some good arguments for others...but this week i've played one of the worst titles ever...BRUTE FORCE is now at the top of my list. Anyone have any to suggest?

Shenmue..
This game was so boring to this day I can't believe I overwrote my Jet Grind Radio save file just to fit the space needed to save this game. The graphics were good.. just the gameplay of it all bored me to tears. I know some people love this game.. but in my book.. big over rated sticker. Massive one.
If you ever do under rated games of all time, I am already casting my vote for another Dreamcast game: Ultra Super Magnetic Neo. Crash Bandicoot done right in so many ways.
I'm sure I can think of some other overrated games.. but to me.. Shenmue takes the cake.

I loved Starfox Adventures but it did really bad because not a lot of people had Gamecube. Everyone wanted the Playstation and Starfox wasn't on the Playstation.

The Turok series. I don't know who thought the first one was good, but the whole series has only been useful as a comparison tool to show why other first person shooters are better. Some people think Turok games are the most amazing things on earth, but I for one don't get it.

GTA is vastly overrated.
And Mortal Kombat 5 is widely recognized by game critics as being the best fighting game in a long time, maybe one of the best ever.

The first three weren't but the fourth one was the same as the third.

Whoa, by the 4th you mean Vice City correct? Sorry, Vice City would actually be 5 after London, but it had some differences and was the awesomest game ever. I love that game, it has the perfect amount of the ol' ultra-violence.

I'm not that into HALO.

Halo didn't blow me away either. Its a great game, but certainly not as revolutionary as everyone claims. Halo's best feature, the LAN hookup, has been done on PC for years.
Another game I feel is overrated is F-Zero. The first one for SNES blew us away back in 92, but I honestly felt that it was just a gimmick. The game was never much fun, the ships handled poorly, and the tracks were more frustrating than challenging. And racing for 7 minutes only to blow up on the last lap was simply painful.

Gran Turismo, all of them sure they had good handling but graphics arent really all that, its a fairly average racing game with graphicvs that only really show of in replays. And I think the worst was the adverts when PS2 first got released, they showed 3 small clips of opening title games, this, onimusha and something else, me being impressed with onimusha was way pissed off when this was the so called voted must see footage of the 3 every time.
Metal Gear solid 2: I love this game but its still one of the worst peices of overhyped cr*p in gaming history, e3 trailer after e3 trailer continued to wow us all, then suddenly a little blonde guy showed up out of nowhere and insulted about a million fans. This game basically promised Caviar and gave you Mcdonalds.

I totally agree on Metal Gear Solid 2, hoiw can you ruin a game which the first time around was so awesome.
God bless my girlfriend, she bought me "Bounty Hunter" for Christmas, but honestly, it was kind of a let down- kind of tiresome trying to scan fifty guys for bounties while being shot at by a hundred and fifty other guys. It's still fun, but it could be a lot better.
