Wow, if only there was a video game column at Movie Poop Shoot that discussed a lot of the PS2 games that came out over the past year...

Yeah - no kidding. If I had a column like that, I would call it "Game On" or something to that effect...and I would want a guy named Ian to write it. It is hard to find Ian's these days that write columns named Game On. hmmm...what to do, what to do...

Well if you'd take a [censored] to clear your mind, you might realize that I don't like the fact there is no searchable database for those reviews going back week by week would take too long.

If only there were a search engine on the Movie Poop Shoot home page where you could type in the name of a game to locate one of Ian's reviews...

Well, anyway, what I mean is, I'm pretty sure you're just doing this to poke fun, right? This is all a little practical joke, isn't it?

Like, "Hey, I think I'll mess with Chris. I obviously know there's a clear, easy-to-us Search function right at the top of the Movie Poop Shoot home page, not to mention the clearly labeled Archives available within every single column on the entire site, thus making it a simple matter for me to see what video games have been covered in the clearly labeled GAME ON! column, but even knowing all this, because I'd have to be completely lost to NOT know this, regardless, I think I'll just mess with Chris and pretend that I can't find my way around here. You know, just for laughs."

I have to believe that's exactly what you were thinking when you posted these, because the alternative is so depressing it would make me want to light my modem on fire.

Man, you people are pretty caustic. How would you like that as a response to YOUR first post? Perhaps everyone's having a bad day, but the 'kill the newbies' game shouldn't start until they make a couple posts.

Yo Pubes: ask us about the games. We're all a bunch of nerds that contain a collective knowledge of all things entertaining. Start with Ian, he usually has the reviews of the week's best games. Of course he is only one man and most likely doesn't have reviews of all the games you're looking at, which is where we would come into play.

Publicbone69? It starts with the name, and works downhill from there. He can kiss my lower orifice. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

Maybe it came off a bit harsh, and I don't want to discourage anyone here who has something to contribute, but the fact is, these boards were meant to supplement the Web site -- a place for people to talk about things on the site and other pop culture arenas. So when people come here and have no clue about the site's existence (which is curious since I'm not sure how you get here the first time without going through the home page), it's immensely frustrating to me. Granted, he might have borne the brunt of my frustration at all the recent "Jay & Bob rule!" posters and also the others who seem to be unaware that there's a Web site at all, and he doesn't deserve that.

We DID actually save the more biting comments for his rather caustic second post, the one that said there's no search function at the site (it's hard to miss) rather than his first post. But point taken--I'll try not to project other frustrations onto everyone who ignores the work we do here.
