I work for an international TV network, part of the top ranked entertainment provider in the world. On a nightly basis I'm responsible for making sure a million bucks worth of commercials air correctly as well as hours of programming. I do my job flawlessly and have received several awards to that effect. But can I correctly set up a VCR, nay- not one but TWO VCR's to record the one TV show I have been waiting for since last May? Apparently not!!! I completely forgot that on the one tape I recorded a full hour and a half of Fox the other night so I would be sure not to miss the EpIII trailer... on that tape I only got 30 minutes of the show. The second tape didn't even roll because I must have fat-fingered the f*cking remote when I hauled ass to get to work.

Thank God it airs again Friday night at 10pm. I'm off work. If I can't just tune in a channel and watch it, I may as well tender my resignation and start selling lederhosen to homeless wombats...
