Yesterday marked the end of my first year in Atlanta. Sure doesn't seem that long... I just wish I could have had the night off to go out and get ripped instead of busting my hump all night long. You'd be suprised at just how much work actually goes into watching TV...

Oh, and I just hit 800 posts. Yay.

Wish I had something more to say about it. I'm sure someone will have something nasty to say about my pointless, rambling post. Not anyone that really matters, mind you. I'll just keep on rambling. That is, until Gollum and the Evil One creep up and slip away with the girl so fair... (The Led Zep reference is for Asteban)

Have a nice day /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

So, besides haveing a kid or 2, what has been the hightlight of Atlanta?

The weather? I dunno- it's not a bad place to live. I've lived in bigger cities, but Atlanta seems smaller than it is. (if that makes any sense) Maybe it's because I work at night and never have to deal with any traffic. The best part is actually the people, especially the ones I work with- I've never worked with a nicer, more professional group of people. There's a lot of stuff to do, even though I don't get out much- lot of history. I'm about half a mile from Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield Park. The only thing that sucks is the fiancee still hasn't found a job out here yet.

See, I would have responded earlier, but I don't really believe you live in Atlanta. I mean, how many times did you refer to the place and you never called it "Hotlanta" once?!

I used to have "Hotlanta" over in my 'Loc:' but it just sounded too cliche- everyone calls it Hotlanta. Technically, I live in Marietta.
