No curfew if you're 17 or older!
My birthday was yesterday... had a big party at a friends house. It ruled a bit.
I accumulated 70 bucks from all the money friends gave me. I got some Jones soda. My parents got me That 70s Show season one and Anchorman. And I have yet to get my present from my brother cuz I haven't seen him since Friday.
Pretty decent birthday.

Oh, I almost forgot.
I found the website for the Governor's office and emailed him. I made the suggestion that the curfew age should be raised to 18. He agreed and referred me to a petition website for the new Bill request. It just so happens that I was the last signature needed to actually get the ball rolling on the start of the Bill.
You are welcome.
Happy Birthday! Congratulations on becoming Late Night Enabled. You will now learn what the rest of us already know, that nothing good ever happens after 2 am.

I was just happy that I won't have to rush home at 11:50 to get home on time. Plus, Josh is moving back to Hamilton this week, from the other town across the river(in Iowa). Iowa still has curfew until 18. So, I can't go across the river, because if I get busted I'm screwed.
It maybe that i'm old, and don't know about these things, but i'm pretty sure that when i was in Highschool in GA, that we didn't have any curfews to deal with. Is this something that has come about in the last dozen year or so? and how prevalent is it? I'm fairly sure that we don't have a Curfew in Alabama now.

I loved Illinois so much I moved to Texas. I told her as I was a' leavin' that she was a mighty fine lady, but I needed more space and was looking for a lady that was a bit hotter and more fun. It seems to have worked well.
Happy Birthday! I had no idea Illinois had curfews. Guess it only matters if you get caught.

I'm the daughter of a youth officer so I am keenly aware of curfews. The key to the curfew is that your driver's license is no good after the curfew unless you are travelling from work, but you shouldn't be working that late anyway. If you get pulled over, they treat it like you are driving without a license.
I found a report (http://www.usmayors.org/uscm/news/publications/curfew.htm) on curfews I thought you guys might like to see.
I remember my mom getting all upset that my sister was always breaking her curfew. "What could she be doing?" to which I responded, "Right mom, I forgot. Teenagers can only have sex after their curfew that must be what they are doing." Thankfully, I was safely on the phone in another state when I said that.

Once you have a license I don't think Maryland really has a curfew. If it does I didn't know about it. The rule I was given was, "If you're going to be out late make sure somebody's sober enough to get everyone someplace they can sleep. I don't want to get any phone calls at 3AM."
Look at that, Birmingham has a curfew, i had no idea. I'm willing to bet that if it is enforced at all, it's only enforced in a small section of the city.

No curfew in Maryland, save for Hagerstown, and that doesn't count. If you're out after 9PM there, you're probably going to another town to find something to do.

Well, I know that the town I live in has a curfew. I went to see a late movie with some friends one time, and I was riding home with Josh(then 17), and there was a road block at the end of the bridge, every car got stopped. Even though I was 16, I didn't get busted because I wasn't driving. A friend of ours in another car(then 16) got busted...because he was out after curfew. My mom always thought that it was 18...driver's ed taught me otherwise and I have used that to my advantage.
