Just finished watching They Live on AMC. It's been a few years since the last time I saw it and man, I forgot what a wildly subversive fun movie this is. Definetly one of Carpenter's best. Definetly doesn't get the credit it deserves in the Carpenter pantheon. Very witty.

"I come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum."

Plus, the most excrutiatingly drawn out fight scene in film history, between Keith David and Roddy Piper.

Brilliant.

God, do I love this movie.
