View Full Version : Hearing voices ?

Mighty_Wingman

It struck me kinda funny . I realized it recently, when I read you guys and gals comments... in my head I hear a voice that I've associated with each of your personalities.

Is it just me ?

Do you all hear the voices too ?

If so, Whose voices do you associate with which regulars ?

People you know ? Celebrities ? Wild pigs?

JK

Bleating sheep? Braying jackasses? Just kidding!

I usually hear voices of people I used to know who have the same personalities as those who post here.

using the " /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif " Does not make your post less offensive.

Like
"Hey I think the Nazis had alot of good ideas /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif "

"I waited till she fell asleep then I had sex with her /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif "

or
"Star Wars Ep 1 was good /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif "

also how would you know what a Spears concert sounds like? Unless you have been, and then no amount of /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif faces can save your soul

Right and your (no offense) doesn't make your post less offensive either.

That is two days you have insulted me in a row, please do not make it a third. I like you, but using my name in a negative manner to make you feel better about yourself is rather tacky.

marksiwel
12-02-2004, 11:38 PM
I'm not sure what the first "insult" was. I meant for my last post to be in a joking manner, no offense was intended (and in my view, done) Also I dont make fun of people to make myslef feel better, just to make them feel worse about themsleves untill they are on the same level as me.

I don't create voices in my head... that would make me crazy.

I know what a few people on this site sound like, so when I read their comments I may sometimes imagine how they would say it in a non-text based conversation.

marksiwel
12-03-2004, 12:33 AM
oh wait, RB really does have a girlfriend? That must be hard being just a head in a fish bowl, but good for him.

I didnt mean to make it sound like RB was cheating on anyone REAL, and I dont think anyone thinks you are a whore, just a tease. Anyway that was explained away, remeber ?Sassy robots are to blame!

Ouch , I guess I've earned that...And probably worse. In my normal speaking voice I have about as much of a southern accent as Ethan Hawke, Thank you. I can flip the switch and speak impecable Texan though, and it comes in mighty handy, at times, 'round these parts.

jk - like Billy from Beaumont. If you know someone from Beaumont, you know what I mean.

Fanny - like the girl from Free Enterprise. Not the green one.

Robbo-John McCain

Robbo is clearly Sam Elliot. What the hell is wrong with you ?

Matt1 - "The Dude" Lebowski... But more upbeat, less whiny.

J.J. - sounds like my R.A., freshman year. Always . Especially so, when his sig. read " I can't believe you don't shut up ! "

T.K. - The Professor from Gilligans island.

Affleckie is Linda Fiorentino.

Danger - Like my friend Robert who is probably the funniest person I know in real life.

Eternal Strife - Like a Jawa that speaks English.

marksiwel - like a penguin.

TLS - I'm still mulling that one over. But usually a girl I used to date from upstate NY .

The odd part about that is, when I proof read my own stuff, I tend to read it as if speaking in Walken's voice. Even though it is just from a bumper sticker and not a quote by him, when I read my signature, the first thing I think of is Walken pointing a .45 at someone.

The voices in my head keep trying to get out and they can speak 4 different languages.

Once they told me to eat a sandwhich, a sandwhich which would make me vampire gnome with superpowers that rival those of Homer Simpson. Sadly, I did not eat said sandwhich from fear that the voices were trying to get rid of me so they could escape, but now I think that the sandwhich was the real deal and I missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime.
