Who is Lino? Is he one of those wierd Italian relatives that keep popping up asking for extra cash?
Time for an Italian Joke:
Luigi and Paulo where fishing in the mediterranean sea one sunny day when a ww2 mine came floating along. On seeing this round, spikey object coming nearer and nearer, Luigi shouts at his friend " Hey Paulo, it's a mine, it's a mine!!!" Paulo replies " O.K. Luigi, you can-a have it!!! "
That's funny because it's true.
That's a funny. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
I'm not sure who he is. I asked 'So?' hoping that the stranger would explain his/her statement.

LINO SUCKS so says...linoluva. Does that mean you only like it when lino speaks softly to you?
When I was stationed in Italy, some fisherman dragged up a WW2 bomb- a big one, like 2k or something. Well, this guy brings it right into the marina, which happened to be right next to one of our housng areas (and our security substation- my office) I was across the street, off duty, doing laundry, when I saw a crowd and the lights and sirens. I throw my clothes in the dryer and walk over. About the time I walk up, the Italian explosives team came in and in their best estimation, the only way to disarm it was to beat the f*cking thing with a hammer...

So what if he's happy. Wouldn't you be happy too if you had that chin? I mean how intimidating is that thing.
Go back to France. And take your black and white hippie movies with you.

It's not only his massive chin. His head had its own zip-code. Look at the size of the HEAD when hes standing next to a guest. It's a wonder he doesn't tip over. It must weigh about 26-27 pounds.

His head is his central body weight.

Would ya look at the size of that kid's head! It's the size of a planetoid and it has it's own weather system! Looks like an orange on a toothpick!
I'm not kidding, that boy's head is like Sputnik; spherical but quite pointy at parts!.....He'll be crying himself to sleep tonight, on his huge pillow.

You've turned into a right sexy wee bastard!
I can't tell you how disappointed we were when we did the Alcatraz Tour that we didn't get the story about how the inmates took turns pissing in bitch's occular cavities! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

God, I miss Phil Hartman!
There just isn't anyone that compares to him. Even in the stuff he did that was crap, you watched it just for him.
I hope his wife is burning in hell for her crimes.

You know... I don't miss any of the comics who dropped dead early, but I do miss Phil. He was abso-freakin-lutely brilliant.

Pretty much everyone in the cast made NewsRadio fun to watch. Even people who've turned their careers into the worst kind of crap since (Rogan) were cool on that show.
Not dissing Phil, who never got enough good material on SNL or in film. One of the most underappreciated comics ever, especially before he died.

There have been two celebrity deaths that have affected me: Phil Hartman and Layne Staley. Two dead celebrities that I genuinely miss.

Why did she die? I never figured it out. Its one of the many Jump the Shark moments in Simpsons history.

The Simpsons never jumped the shark. Not even close.

Actually, they literally did. In one of the couch gags at the beginning of an episode, as one of their many jokes about how long they've been on the air.

I dont know about that one. When every episode has some lame guest star...it just screams Happy Days post-Ron Howard.

RB is correct. According to jump the shark.com (http://www.jumptheshark.com/), the leading internet authority on such things, it is one of the proud, few show that never jumped. In order to get such an honor, as the site says, a show must receive an overwhelming number of "Never Jumped" votes compared to votes for specific instances of jumping the shark.
You could argue that The Simpsons has had so many of these moments that voting on a single incident to be "the incident" where it jumped the shark would be impossible, but it still received a lot of "Never Jumped" votes.

Quite true, although they were making fun of that scenario and what it means to a TV show.
