I found out from some guy who raised the backround noises in the end louder, to find out what was going on when mr.pink left with the diamonds.

he tries to leave but then the cops stop him and shoot at him. mr.pink shoots back, but after a minor bullet wound he gives up to the cops.

so mr.pink is the only one who actually lives

Oh my Lloyd! I feel like I'm back on UseNet in the computer lab in college, learning about HTML, discussing last week's Quantum Leap. Are we going to start trying to figure out what's in the briefcase in Pulp?

That is what happened though.

Just because you don't know what the plot for E.T. 2 is or who really killed Bruce (and Brandon!) Lee or what reaaaally happened at the end of the Blair Witch Project is no reason to be hatin' on those of us who do.

The rumors are true, and the Plaster Casters have the proof.

Oh, wait, you mean he's making a version of Godzilla? Very cool.

i was tortured for months trying to find out what happened to mr.pink, and now i found out. I thought I might want to help someone out by telling them, is that a crime? Don't gotta go crazy, G.

Nah, not going crazy, just being a big ol goofball. I had this conversation so many times back in the day, along with that briefcase one. Funniest theories I'd heard were that it contained John Candy's soul, a small Asian woman, or a hubcap from the car in Repo Man.

No, that is all wrong. Everybody who's anybody knows that it is Marcellus Wallace's soul in the briefcase. It was taken from him, and that is why he has the band-aid on the back of his head. The back of the head is of course where the soul is stored.

Court it is one of two [censored] things in that briefcase, your life (because your explanation basically says you don't have one) or the diamonds from Reservoir Dogs. Marsellus's soul, may Christ give u a hell of a kanker sore for that one.

You really need to mellow out. That was a rumor ever since the movie came out.

well man it just doesn't make sense. A soul isn't tangible and the 2 robbers seemed to like whatever it was therefore it had to be something not only tangible but expensive.

Everyone is way off on this one, although very creative guesses all around. Did anyone notice the golden glow coming from the case? That right, the mysterious content on the briefcase was a Golden Ticket to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. Seems obvious now, doesn’t it?

I salute that guess, you are the man!

Marcellus was a big guy, could put down quite a few Wonka Bars. I'd be curious how many Fizzy Lifting Drinks it would take to get him off the ground, though.

As for the soul, that was the most common rumor (666 combination, yada yada). ResDogs was a story in the first draft of Pulp, and originally yes, it was the diamonds, but when he separated the two, he decided to sever that tie. Then he somehow scored with Mira Sorvino, that bastich.

I have always believed that it was not Marcellus' soul in that briefcase. It was John Travolta's soul he sold in exchange for reviving his dying (strike that - DOA) career.

Would that make Marcellus L. Ron Hubbard?

Wow, you're getting pretty deep. I don't know if Quentin is a Scientoligist. But, if he is, ding, ding, ding. I think we have a winner.

Quinton is quite a good screenwriter/director but he is a high school drop-out he majored in movies by watching them all day in a video store (even Randall from Clerks has a hope).

Technically, Randall from Clerks (Jeff Anderson) has already made a movie. "Now You Know." Played for a limited run in NY, and at the last Vulgarthon. I enjoyed it.
