Ming and Chris are just sitting back, looking at their creation and hoping natural selection (adapt or be consumed) takes care of the re-re-newbs.

Remember when the first board was created, Ryall had to destroy it with a giant flood when the forums became full of sin. There were a few survivors in an ark built by Zens. Ryall knows I'm too lazy to build it, and other people around here would just yammer about the ark looking better if it were CGI. Zens is a woman who knows how to get things done, so she was a perfect choice.

Now that the threads have been filled with the sinful "Ball-lickers" again, some have prophesized that now that Ryall is married, he will send his first born unto the site to bring the people back from their ball-licking ways. The prophecy goes on to say that like all newbs, the first-born of Ryall shall be crucified by the people of the boards, but no one can come to know Ryall unless they accept the son as their personal savior.

There are some people here that do not believe in Ryall, or those Eastern religions that revolve around that Ming. They think we made up Ryall and Ming in order to scare the newbs in order that we control them. But Ryall hath no tolerance for Ball-Licking as it says in the great FAQ written so many years ago. It angers me, when the newbs pay no attention to the FAQ, thinking that the infallable moral guidelines are out dated. Pretty soon, they'll be taking all references to Ryall out of schools and from our site.

But unless these newbs flee from their ball-licking ways, Ryall will come again, and strike them down. And you will know the all powerful Ryall.

I think the ban-stick of the Heavens is a tool used to scare people, but that when we disappear from the board, we simply cease to post. It's the nature of life. Still, there is no reason to fully doubt. You have to play all angles, and it can be hard sometimes to wrap your head around a site that runs itself. Can it truly be coincidence that articles wind up online in such a fairly regular pattern?

You make some good points. The propagation of anything is cause for wonder, but doesn’t necessarily prove that a Mod exists. I think it comes down to a matter of Faith, something we need to take a long look at.
