View Full Version : Lamest Villian Death
This is as opposed to coolest villian death. I couldn't think of many cool villian deaths, but there are hundreds of lame villian deaths. As an example I give the Boba Fett in RotJ. Because of his mystery, Fett was a brilliant character that could have really been expanded on... but no, Lucas had him swallowed by a Sarlac! V Poor. And to add insult to it the Sarlac even belched!
Jango didn't fare much better, having his head cleaved off in a couple of seconds of battle. If Jango was meant to be the best 'bad arsed' warrior in the galaxy, a warrior so good that an entire army was cloned from him, then he should have lasted longer.
What say ye? /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

I can think of a badass villian death:
Jack Nick's The Joker in Batman!
Here's a lame death, Shiva in the second Mortal Kombat movie. Yeah, I watched the hell out of that movie. In fact, I watched it the first time so I could watch the Shiva fight. She jumps up on whatever it was, it's been a long time, she screams or growls and then this [censored] thing fell on her. Total bull shit. but I liked it, screw whatever people think.
That part and "Never give up hope!" was pretty bad though.

******Star Wars book SPOILERS******* Just for your information Boba Fett never died. He was trapped in the Sarlaac's stomach for a while having a conversation with it before blasting out. He ended up living a long life and even became best man at fellow bounty hunter ( and new Friend) Dengars wedding. He was last seen helping Han Solo escape from a galxy conquering alien force and aided in restoring peace to the Galaxy.

Where did you get your info? I read a Star Wars comic when I was a kid that had Boba escaping the sarlac, but then ending up dead again shortly after aiding Han Solo out of a spot. If you have a book title or something, I'd like to read it /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

EternalStrife
07-30-2004, 09:25 PM
Well maybe he didn't drown. They didn't exactly show him specifically expiring, did they?
A true thing. But we'll never find out because Lucas isn't going to make the trilogy 7-9. Just as well really, if he's gonna screw them up the same way as 1-2. I just hope he can redeem himself with 3, although I have a sad suspicion he won't /forums/images/icons/frown.gif

Lucas did not lie. He never said he was going to make 7-9. That was just rumors created by fans based on an old outline that was compressed into 3 movies (in fact, that outline showed 12 episodes, not 9).

[/ QUOTE ]
Forgive me for being so harsh, but I am getting tired of RETARDED [censored] PEOPLE still pretending as if midichlorians changed anything about the "mysticism" of the Force.
Ok, stupid... let me explain this one last mother [censored] time (oh God how come you still make people so full of shit they are still arguing about this?). Midichlorians were introduced for three reasons:
1. Lucas stated that he had always wanted to explain how Jedi utilized their power.
2. As a way to forward the idea that Anakin was "the Chosen One" Qui-Gon had to have a method to test his blood for a content of some type that would confirm what he was sensing in the boy.
3. To make a comparison between the potential power of Anakin and Yoda (as TPM informs us, Anakin's midi count is higher than Yoda's).
Now, the argument has been made, by mostly retarded people (or those who refuse to believe anything but this bullshit analysis that was made after the movie came out) that midichlorians are a virus. This was born via the Qui-Gon line "checking your blood for infections." Unfortunately for the dumbasses (yes, I mean you) Qui-Gon simply told Anakin what he thought he needed to hear. He was testing for his midichlorian count and nothing else.
So what are midichlorians? They are exactly what Qui-Gon told Anakin they are. Living organisms that reside inside EVERYONE (not just Jedi) and everything that speak the Will of the Force. So, you retarded fucksheep asslicker, only a few thousand people in the entire galaxy are able to hear the Will of the Force and utilize it. The "mysticism" remains and the only thing that has been added is an understanding of the Jedi ability to utilize a power that is within all living things.
I know, Gumpmaster, you won't make any effor to understand what I have written (you slutmonkey mommiehumper) so I figured I would at least be overly combative so that you might at least be pissed enough to remember it. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Don't let him say that shit RB. Star Wars rules! I think everything the Lucas has done in the latest trilogy has been great. It has shown us things and events that were only jusdt talked about in the first trilogy. Things like the Clone Wars and the downfall of the Jedi. Its all good if you ask me.
And the lamest villin death I can think of is probably at the end of Desperado when Antonio Banderas just shoots his brother without much of a fight. That and the end of Kill Bill Vol. 2. Biggest anti-climax ever.
