I have known that title for over a year. Whether or not Lucas uses it we will find out soon enough. However, it was what the movie was called during production.

A friend showed me a teaser trailer that he had downloaded and it was called "Rise of the Empire". Don't know if it's the really deal or not. I guess we'll find out soon.

Your friend did not show you a teaser trailer. What your friend showed you was a FAN trailer, made up of brief Episode III leaked footage (and some animated still shots) as well as shots from other movies (which should be obvious to anyone not a total ninny).

Lucas has already stated that the film will not be called "Rise of the Empire." So, unless he is lying that will not be the title.
