Name of a movie, can't remember

Lets see if you guys can get this one. I only remember the following from the movie, if you know the name please tell me.

The movie is very funny. Takes place in the 70's i BELIEVE, not positive on that one.

I only remeber one scene in which this guy goes to a girl's house to get her diary or something. The father goes and looks for it. The kid (whos like 17-20) then goes over to the bar area to pour himself a drink. The girl's mother is already drunk and then they sort of hookup by the bar. The father walks in on them, but doesn't realize anything because he is sooo drunk..

Any idea on what movie this is?

Is it porn? If so give me a few days while I check my back catalogue of 70's tug fliks. Actually make it a month, I haven't seen Marilyn Chambers in action for quite a while.

I think I know the one, the boy starts an affair with her and all his friends know, its not really like the graduate because its more of a comedy, I cant think of the name if its the one I am thinking of though.

Oh i think I know is it the one in the mid 80's with C.Thomas Howell or something in it? Class I think it might be called.

Yeah i think its "Class" - I haven't seen it in ages but its from the early 80's and Andrew McCarthy has an affair with Rob Lowe's mum
