Okay, this is the deal. Someone I know wants to illegally pirate music from Kazaa, and I don't approve, but I figured I'd help him find out the answer to his question, 'cause I'm that cool.

So, what sites have good lists of the top music songs on the radio? I know MTV, VH1, the big ones. But, I'd like to find top music that's maybe not so mainstream, if sites like that exist. Hmm.

Thanks, MPS crew--you're the best! /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

You can try buymusic.com. They usually charge about a buck per song and about 10 bucks for the whole album. They have all kinds of stuff there. You might want to check it out! /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

I have become a big fan of ITunes. The celebrity playlists are great for suggestions, and the iMixes by the users are equally helpful. Then you can just listen to clips of the things you don't recognize right there and see if it flips your trigger.

Plus, I am VERY pleased with the iTunes jukebox and burning software that comes with the deal. The software is totally free, works on Windows perfectly, and can really help to expand into some fun new artists. Plus, they have new exclusive cuts like acoustic versions and rarities for the same .99 cent price. Most new albums can be downloaded in full for 9.99, but usually I only like 3-4 songs anyway.

Give it a whirl, you might find some fun things!
