So, KS is not directing Green Hornet, only writing. I know some people got worried when they heard he would be using a second unit director for most of the action, but this news hits alot harder. While I have no doubt he'll write a great script, I can't think of many directors that would have a vision similar to Kev's. Hopefully this doesn't become another nameless action flick.

Maybe they'll get Tim Burton to direct it and the circle will be complete.

Sweet murgatroy, just that mean that Fletch Won is bumped up? w00t!

That sucks. Ah well, I just hope they find someone good enough for the job, it's certainly not a flick that should be lost in the shuffle.

Bring on Jim Jarmusch. The man can direct action films like no other.

Yeah, I think Jim Jarmusch is a great director. Didn't he do Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai? Great film, got it on DVD. But he ain't got nothing on John Woo when it comes to action.

Well, if he's not directing Green Hornet then is he going to move on to something else or wait until they finish production on this.

Oh well, it's not like our meaningless complaints are gonna change anything. Although, I do think he could do a good job in the director's chair on this one.

Who are you kidding ? We write foreign and domestic policy, make writing, casting and directing decisions, argue about comic books and action figures, and ultimately decide the fate of humanity .

..And you thought this was just another message board. Silly sporkmaster. Toons are for kids.

I must have missed the memo on that. So, does that mean we actually have to do work now? Aww man!
