Hey wait a minute, I'm the new guy!

OK, let's forget about the beating for now, don't discount it all together, but we'll shy away from it for a moment.

My name is Strangely Brown, and unfortunately, I'm not really very interesting.

The main reason for this complete an utter lack of any remarkable quality about me is the fact that I am from Kansas.

I apologize for this up front.

Other than my geographical encumbrance, I'm perfectly fine.

I'm a big fan of Kevin Smith, a whooping great comic book fan, though I haven't collected in a few years, and I am just wild about Monty Python.

To put it simply . . . I'm a geek.

Be gentle with me.

I don't think it's your fault that you come from Kansas, you know? Dorothy was from Kansas.

Speaking of Dorothy, I don't know if anyone has heard about the big tornado that hit Lawrence, KS last night, but I was about 6 miles from it . . . cowering under my bed like a scared little girl.

I read that quick and thought you said "big tomato"!

Best place to be. Don't try and be brave, just run Forrest, run!

We do have problems with big tomatoes in Kansas.

They fall out of the skies and cause stains on clothes. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Wow, and I thought I had it bad. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Just kidding. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Kansas isn't really that bad . . . we have color television and everything.

Movies keep me sane as well . . . that and my wife and kid.

I don't think I coult live anywhere without a major body of water within day-trip distance. I figure if the ice caps ever melt, the Abyss ever comes true, or Godzilla gets confused and surfaces in Maryland, I'll be close to the action.
