If you enjoy the comedy/anime "Adult Swim" time block on cartoon network, I suggest you check out the forum. It's a great system and you can fairly easily contact some of the Adult staff. Even if you don't, it's still a great place to discuss things.
check it out...

The only way I'd possibly be cool with you posting this here is if you show me proof that you posted the exact same message at AdultSwim.com only with their name and our name reversed.
New guy shows up here and already encourages people to head elsewhere...man, kids today. No loyalty.
While I am an employee of Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. and they encourage employees to participate, my true loyalties will always remain with the 'shoot. Honestly, this is the only message board for me.

I've posted a couple of times at eaglegames.net (a specialty wargaming site) and a few times at Age of Mythology Heaven (a PC RTS site). Other than that, nothing else has been worth the time or energy, although I do like to lurk at the site for the SuperSizeMe movie.
Otherwise, I'm all 'Shoot, baby!

As I admitted earlier this week, I do have a fling on the side. toolshed.down.net - a Tool website with boards. I have been posting there as long as I have here, and I only have 180 posts there. I used to spend a little bit of time at the Deftones boards, but they got overrun by little kids, so I gave up on 'em.

I've posted on other message boards before, but this is the only one I stuck around for, except for the occaisonal post on imdb.com forums, but those are so expansive that no one knows anyone really. I've been registered to imdb for 3 years now probably, and I don't even have an eighth of the posts on there that I do here.

Yes.
I like that you really take your time and think about your response before actually posting it.

[/ QUOTE ] That is something I have never heard, because everyone knows there isn't any tact existing in me.

Yes . But you are very tactile.
...And more graceful than pterodactyl.
Sorry I can't resist the urge to rhyme pterodactyl when the opportunity comes up , because, ya know ? How often does that happen ?

Aqua Teen Hunger Force is my favorite show on TV. There are few things in life that piss me of more than pouring myself a bowl and cereal in the morning and realizing that Tivo actually recorded channel 9 (the religous channel) instead of 59.
I have never been to adultswim.com though.

So set a season pass and it will record whatever channel the show is on. You seem to have an unclear understanding of TiVo, young Padawon.

I got me one of them there season passes. The problem is those stupid little laser things that point to the cable box and change the channel. Sometimes, they get knocked around, sometimes they don't work, and sometimes God has an importnat message for me. I live in an apartment and my landlord freaked out when I mentioned that I was getting a satelite dish so I could run directly into my cable box.

You could always tape 'em down, and you should leave your cable box on all the time, too.

Tape.. Not a bad idea. Gracias.

If someone encoded some you could probably download a few off the net, this is how my batman collection has termporarily grown to 96 (inc 5 movies) episodes.
I don't intend to really aqquire any more
and I will replace them If/when each season comes out.

I used to do that with Southpark cartoons, but nowadays I just don't have the time. If I miss it, I am pissed but figure I will just catch it when I fork over for a DVD.
you know they run those shows in re-runs all the time.

Aw c'mon! you know reruns never work. You just end up watchin the last one you saw. It is a provable law of phyisics or somthing.
sure, but you've got to skip that one, and watch the next one.

Can't it would be the same damned one, I tell ya. THE SAME DAMNED ONE!
Well if you lived at my house, all you would be allowed to watch would be Law & Order, Trading Spaces/In a Fix/Clean House, etc., and they would all be new.
At least Colonial House comes on tonight, and i can watch that.

Colonial House, represent! The only reality I can handle. I freakin' love that show. I just don't understand why these people lose their cool so quickly, it is just a couple of weeks for crying out loud!
It looks to be a good show tonight, as there is a revolt in the "City on the Hill" and they have to elect a new Gov'nor.
But you are right, its been really good so far, but it certianly shows that you couldn't successfully take a person from this time and throw them back to that era.

Once again a delayed post:
I was bored and decided to try your suggestion and it didn't go over too well. No one posted in it.
