I have asked everyone if they could tell me the name of this song that I have been wanting to download for a while now. No one knows what the title is; not even two people who used to work at the radio station.
Ok, I think it is buy the group Chicago and it begins:
'When I woke up this morning, I heard the new love you found...
I said I'm happy for you...I'm really happy for you.'
And for those smartasses that are going to tell me to search on google.com, I already did. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

In light of the deadness of this thread, I deem a topic change.

Yeah, I'm a wannabe smartass. I actually dig the Celtic stuff too. In fact, almost all of the cheesy artists I like were listed above. Zens pretty much runs the whole gambit of cheesiness. The only one I could add is
Lionel Richie.

When reading your topic change, I was thinking

5. Mike and the Mechanics - The Living Years

Damn you for thinking way too much like me. My mom used to play this song far too loud in her convertible with me in it. So embarassing as a 15 year old kid. I think the only songs that my mom likes are "The Living Years" and "Que Sera Sera".
I think that you can safely listen to these

In reply to:

10. Bob Segar - Rock and Roll Never Forgets
20. Aerosmith - What It Takes
22. Faith No More - Easy
[/ QUOTE ] with your windows down.
Edit: If you're adding Lionel to your list, it has to be "Endless Love". It just has to.

There is a really cool and spooky version of "Que Sera Sera" by the group Pink Martini.
My mom always has had good taste in music, thankfully. Hence why my music collection was huge as a kid. It was fun to, because she always drove sports cars, so guys would pull up next to her to flirt with her and she would make me pop up and wave at them.

If you guys get a chance, you should check out a music fan magazine called bandoppler (www.bandoppler.com). I just discovered it this weekend when I was looking for reading material for a trainride. It is in its fifth issue, and they cover all kinds of indy music. It is SUPER Cool. A music geek's version of Hustler. And no.. I have nothing to do with this mag. I am pimpimg somebody else's shite here.
