Her mental capacity far exceeds that of most sixteen year olds. I think it’s refreshing to see that she still has part of her adolescents she's holding on to, because if I meet a sixteen year old that wasn't somewhat self-centered I would be shocked.

At the very least, ignore and don't add fuel to the fire. That was remarkably cruel considering the crime.
