Whenever you guys talk about Hellboy , I'm reminded of the lyrics to the Clashs' "Straight to Hell" and it starts playing in my head.

Anyway just checking to see if I'm the only one ? If they don't use that song in the movie it's an unforgivable shame .

ps. Matt, don't get your expectations up too high ! That can only lead to the darkened recesses of that awful run down trailer park on Dissapointment avenue. Where high hopes turn to dust, and bad movies go to die.

Not that I know anything about it you don't , it might be very good but if you keep a pessimistic attitude, it's harder to be dissapointed. I don't forsee it breaking any box office records but my crystal ball has been on the fritz all week. I tried to get the cable guy to fix it, but he just looked at me like I was weird and mumbled something about how he should've stayed in med. school. *shrugs*

Exactly why I'm pissed. I always try to keep my expectations low, or preferably have no expectations at all. But everything I hear or see about this movie keeps thwarting my plans! Damn you Del Toro!

I actually saw a trailer for this movie yesterday for the first time. It seems like it might be a decent movie to check out.

I feel that way too. It seems lots of people here are excited about it, but it looks kind of "kiddy" to me.

Okay, you caught me, I didn't really pay attention to the trailer as I was doing a word search puzzle. I just caught a glimpse of it when I looked up and said to myself, "Self, that looked okay."

I'm in no matter how it looks. I am very trusting. I can't wait. The comic is great and I can't wait to see it. I'm not overly optimistic, but I do think it looks kinda cool.

I am not really sure about the movie or the comic, but I do know one thing for sure... that alien thing with the blades on its hands looks scary as shit!
