I think he is the character that Corbin Bersen played in Major League. I don't know what that has to do with comics...

Nahh, bersin's character was Roger Dorn.

I sent a PM to the moderator Ming last week and never got a reply. Apologies for not getting to know the rules first.

It's not really a rule, as such, it's just that sometimes people come here, advertise for their site, and never return. That's a bit annoying.
But if you plan to stick around, which you're certainly welcome to do, then it's not really so much of an issue.
Welcome to the site, if'n you plan on staying.
If your intention is to post a commercial and leave, then watch your back because....well, the truth is that we have no recourse. But we'll shake our fists in a menacing way! You won't see the fists shaking, of course, so you'll have to imagine it happening. I'm no good at threatening people. Look, just read what I typed and imagine that Walker: Texas Ranger is saying it. Aha!

No worries...Ming's been busy working on the Jersey Girl site.
I'm cool with people plugging things here if they actually also contribute from time to time.
Happy to hear Stern has a message board, though. I love the guy. Especially now, seeing how bad the Avengers sucks lately, it makes me aware how missed his presence is in comics right now.

That sounds very ominous and threatening for some reason.
