View Full Version : Which of these things?
Remember that game they had on "Sesame Street" way back when?
It consisted of four images(usually video) and You had to figure out what did'nt belong or some crap like that?
Well...I saw this pic on CNN and immediately thought of that game.

So, what two things don't belong?
Hell, some can make the arguement that all four don't belong! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Careful, saying the wrong thing here could results in a whole bit of trouble. Or it could just be another dumb way of passing the time.

Kerry should have left. I don't want this guy as our only option to beat Bush. And I'll say it: I am not a Sharpton fan. If anyone's waiting to pounce on that because of the theme of this thread and the fact that he's a bit darker than the rest...save it, because I would definitely vote for him if he better represented my interests. That doesn't mean I think he should drop out, but I wouldn't vote for him.
So, what trap did I walk into? What's my grand prize?
singing (badly i might add)* "One of these things is not like the other, one of these things just doesn't belong, Can You tell which thing is not like the other...."
I'm going with (and i can't even spell it, so how could he ever be Pres?) Kusinatch. Honestly, i think that Edwards is the only one with a chance of winning a southern state. But then he has the whole "Trial Lawyer" problem.

Yeah, Kucinich is a freaking weirdo- he did a radio interview with Mitch Albom on WJR here in Detroit. He called in 45 minutes late and then insulted Mitch and badgered him to "pay attention!" for virtually the whole interview. I don't normally like Mitch Albom (why the hell do I listen to him? Because NPR doesn't come in where I live in Detroit- at least not the good station) but he ripped that guy good, and it was funny.
I think Kucinich has Nader envy- HE wanted to be the spoiler, dammit!

Don't be concerned about saying that Karma.
Sharpton is a misguided windbag who has a huge chip on His shouder.
He is...as they say...a hump! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif
Kucinich? Oh Kucinich...that poor, poor Man.
He's like the kid at a baseseball game who just does'nt want to accept the fact He's not getting picked to play for any team.
No way, no how. But don't tell Him that! He's a winner!
In His own mind... /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

I find it very easy to say which two don't belong(and without resorting to easily saying the "black" guy and the "big ears" guy). Delegate scorecard: Kerry 744, Edwards 220, Sharpton 16, Kucinich 8. The thing that I can't wrap my mind around is how much damn money Kucinich and Sharpton are blowing.

Yeah, why can't they just get this whole process done with so we can find out whose going to lose to Bush in the general? /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Wow, Leno's lost some weight. I wasn't aware that he was in the running.
No dude, that guy in the lower right is Al Sharpton, not Jay Leno. Its a common mistake though.

A common mistake? How in the fuck can that be a common mistake? They aren't even close to looking like each other.

Wow. You're right. They don't look alike at all. Almost makes you think it was a joke or something.

I don’t know. The way I see it is that I made a little joke about one of the candidates looking like Jay Leno, clearly Senator Kerry, and then Dave one-upped my joke by implying that I had mistaken Al Sharpton for the late-night television icon. Maybe he was being serious, but (despite the fact that he lives in Alabama) I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt here.

I just don't understand how the American public is supposed to seriously consider someone who keeps the title Reverend on the campaign trail. I am just a little too wrapped up in the seperation of church and state for that. A President with faith, sure. However a President who makes a campaign stop preaching at a church, NO .
Rage, i don't get what your talking about, look at those two, they are clearly clones. the same hairstyle, same facial features, Leno just spends too much time inside the studio so his skin doesn't get the right amount of sun. otherwise it's twins i tell you, just like Danny Devito and Ah-nold.
